Nottinghamshire. The undoubted star of the show (other than the bride herself) was 17-year-old mare Toffee, who also apparently gave permission for the nuptials to go ahead. ‘Toffee is part of the family and is so important to me, I even asked her permission to get married,’ Wells said.
Her new husband Graham Sales, 29, was in no doubt about where he stood in the marriage after admitting he wasn’t as important as Toffee. He added: ‘Alex goes to see Toffee twice a day and will spend weekends with her, so I am always competing with her for attention.’ The horse didn’t get it all her own way though as she had to wait outside All Saints Church in Coddington while the couple were being wed. But that didn’t seem to effect the mare too much as she was later seen posing for photos with the bride and groom

Top 4-Judge denies California town's hot sauce request

LOS ANGELES - A small Southern California city has sued the makers of the popular Sriracha-brand hot pepper sauce, saying tear-inducing odors emanating from its chili processing plant in town are creating a public nuisance. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert O'Brien denied a motion from the small city of Irwindale for a temporary restraining order against Huy Fong Foods, calling the request "rather edgy." "You're asking for a very radical order on a 24-hour notice," O'Brien said during the brief proceedings.
The judge instead set a court hearing for Nov. 12 to consider further arguments on whether there were grounds to issue a preliminary injunction against the chili factory while the court reviews the merits of a lawsuit brought against the company. Irwindale, east of Los Angeles, filed suit on Monday saying the company has refused to take sufficient action to abate noxious fumes emanating from the plant strong enough to cause eye and throat irritation in nearby residents. The suit says some residents have complained of headaches and others have been forced to remain indoors, or even to temporarily flee their own homes, to get relief from the smell of locally grown jalapeno chili peppers being crushed at the plant. John Tate, an attorney for the company, said in court that the company has installed a filtration system to take care of excessive odor. He acknowledged that it does not resolve the problem completely but had "certainly improved the situation."

Percy Whiteman, a Zanzibar Tavern patron who married a Thai stripper and contracted HIV from the woman, can blame no one but himself, a Superior Court judge has ruled. Justice Carole Brown tossed out Whiteman’s $33-million lawsuit that alleged the Zanzibar, the province and federal government failed to protect him from his HIV-infected wife. “It is extremely unfortunate, indeed tragic, that Mr. Percy Whiteman contracted HIV from his wife, Suwalee “Ricky” Iamkhong ... who he sponsored for permanent residency in Canada,” wrote Brown. She ruled “there are no genuine issues requiring a trial” against the defendants, the Attorney General of Canada, or the Zanzibar.

ESTANCIA, N.M., Nov. 4 (UPI) -- A lawyer for a former assistant librarian in New Mexico said his client lost her job for reporting two city workers found having sex in the children's section.
Joseph CampBell, attorney for former Estancia Library employee Jamie Kurz, said his client showed up for work in August and discovered two city employees -- the town's head librarian and a maintenance worker -- "engaged in sexual intercourse on the floor in the children's section," KRQE-TV, Albuquerque, reported Monday. The workers told Kurz to be quiet, but she reported the incident to the city library director and Estancia Mayor Sylvia Chavez, CampBell said. "The mayor subsequently talked to Jamie about it, told her that it wouldn't have any effect on her job," CampBell said.  However, Kurz went on leave when the head librarian returned to work, claiming a hostile work environment, and was soon fired. An Oct. 10 letter from Chavez to Kurz said she was being fired for failing to return her key to the library while on leave

OLYMPIA, WASH. - Two female workers at a bikini-themed coffee stand near Seattle have been charged with providing customers nude, striptease-style dances in full view of passersby, authorities said on Thursday. The women, aged 20 and 21, both employees at the Hillbilly Hotties coffee stand in Everett, were arrested on Wednesday and charged with violating the city's adult entertainment laws, said Everett police spokesman officer Aaron Snell.
A third woman worker at the stand, age 33, was arrested and charged with lewd conduct in connection with a case from June at a separate nearby coffee stand in which police said workers were alleged to have performed sex acts on customers. The nature of the accusation against her was not immediately clear. All the charges are misdemeanors, which carry a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. Bail for each was set at $500. Police began investigating the coffee stand after receiving complaints that the women working there were exposing themselves for customers as they sat in their cars, Snell said. "It's right on the main drag and anybody walking by can pretty much see it," Snell said. "That's probably why we were getting complaints. "Snell said the business itself was not facing any charges. The stand's Facebook page declared it open for business shortly after the raid. Its owner, Jovanna Edge, was not immediately available for comment. The same coffee stand was robbed at gunpoint last month by a 12-year-old boy who was on a bike and fled with about $15 from the tip jar. Top-1 Woman Busted For "Rough Sex" With Girlfriend

Trending top 5 Weird, Funny and sizzling news of Nov 05, 2013
NOVEMBER 1--An evening of "rough sex" turned criminal when a Florida woman who describes herself as a “sadomasochist” continued to use a sex toy on her live-in partner after the woman “kept telling her to stop,” police allege. Mia McCarthy, 23, was arrested Wednesday for sexual battery and booked into the Palm Beach county jail, where she is locked up in lieu of $50,000 bond.
McCarthy, has also been charged with strangling her 52-year-old girlfriend during a separate encounter last month in the Lake Worth home they have shared for the last nine months. According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office report, McCarthy and the victim had celebrated the older woman’s late-July birthday at a nightclub where they smoked pot (and McCarthy used Kratom, which she described as an opiate). When they returned home, the pair engaged in sexual activity that resulted in McCarthy’s arrest. The victim told a sheriff’s deputy that McCarthy assaulted her with a dildo, adding that it was the first time her girlfriend “got rough with her.” After waiving her Miranda rights, McCarthy told investigators that she was a “sadomasochist” and that the couple “enjoys rough sex together which sometimes leaves marks.”McCarthy said that the women did not use “safe words,” and that “no means yes” for the victim. Asked about the July encounter--which the victim told deputies about this week--McCarthy contended that the pair was “having consensual sex” that involved a vibrator.

McCarthy acknowledged that, “I didn’t stop, I meant to stop” when her partner asked her to cease using the sex toy. McCarthy claimed that she wanted the victim to “keep coming,” though the woman was in pain. McCarthy added that she subsequently apologized to her girlfriend for the painful encounter.

The victim told cops about the July incident after McCarthy was arrested last week for allegedly for assaulting her girlfriend. The victim alleged that McCarthy choked her during the attack and said, “Breathe or I’ll kill you.” A sheriff’s deputy noted that the victim was bruised and had fresh scratches and a bite mark on her neck
