Top 5--Pickpocket caught stealing woman’s mobile phone using chopsticks
The Artful Dodger has nothing on this cunning pickpocket who was caught stealing a woman’s mobile phone using a pair of chopsticks. Wang Hongbo, 32, was captured on camera lifting the phone from a woman’s pocket as she cycled unaware through
Zhengzhou in China’s Henan province. He was snapped chasing the oblivious cyclist down a busy street before deftly extracting the handset using the specially adapted implements. The thief was later seen examining his ill-gotten goods before selling the phone in a nearby second hand shop. He was caught out when a passer-by, who photographed the whole incident unfolding, posted the pictures online. Mr Hongbo eventually handed himself into the police after his picture was widely circulated on the internet and in print. Earlier this month, a suspected bag thief was left with a bruised head and ego after he smashed into a glass window and knocked himself out while making his getaway.

Top 4-Pay more to cremate fat people
A British town has raised the price to cremate fat people. The council of Wirral, in northwestern England, has added a 33% surcharge on "larger" caskets — those more than 74 cm wide or 2.13 m long. A typical cremation at Landican Crematorium, which is managed by the town, costs between $872-$987, depending on what time of day it's done. The surcharge will raise that to between $1160-$1313. A spokesman told the BBC the charge reflects "the additional time and energy it takes to process larger cremations." Larger caskets used to be sent elsewhere to be dealt with, but that's no longer necessary after two new, bigger cremators were installed at Landican last year that can accommodate more commodious caskets.

CLEVELAND - An Ohio landlord and businessman charged with assault after police suspected him of spanking a tenant who owed him rent money is now being sued in civil court for a similar accusation by a mentally disabled man. Mark Neace filed a civil lawsuit in Warren County Common Pleas Courthouse earlier this week claiming Ronald Kronenberger, 53, punished him “with a belt and paddle” on four separate occasions. Kronenberger’s attorney was out of the office on Friday and could not be reached for comment. Neace volunteered at Kronenberger’s grocery stores in Waynesville, Ohio, 40 miles (64 km) north of Cincinnati, from November to mid-December, according to his attorney, Eric Deters. Kronenberger “would find any little thing wrong with what he (Neace) had done and would take him into the office and have him pull his pants down and hit him,” Deters said. Kronenberger’s actions were “harmful or offensive,” and “the direct and proximate cause of numerous injuries” to Neace, including “severe emotional distress,” the suit says .Neace has asked for a jury trial, claiming assault and battery, and is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages, the suit said. Kronenberger was placed into a diversion program in a Warren County courtroom earlier this month after he was charged with one count of assault for striking Jimmy Marshall, 29, on the buttocks in January, according to court documents.

The automotive assignation, however, was broken up when a cop on a “routine traffic patrol” noticed “ a silhouette of what appeared to be a female’s head bouncing up and down in the front part of the driver’s seat.” After exiting his cruiser the cop approached the vehicle for further inspection, according to a Gwinnett County Police Department report. As detailed by Officer Nermin Cultarevic, he spotted driver Jamel Grant, 26, “naked from the waist down to his knees and he had an erect penis, which was in the front passenger’s, Ms. Michel Felix Casas’s mouth.” Cultarevic added, “Moreover, Michel’s breasts were naked and Grant was touching them with his hands.” After Cultarevic knocked on the Nissan’s window, Grant and Felix Casas, 21, struggled to put their clothes on. After Grant opened the driver’s side window at Cultarevic’s direction, the cop detected “a strong odor of both burnt and raw marijuana emanating” from the car. Asked what the couple was doing, Grant reported that they “were making out,” adding that “he and Michel came to the location from church where they attended the Easter service.”The police report does not specify which church the pair purportedly attended, though it would have presumably offered a late night service, since Grant and Felix Casas were collared around midnight.

The frisky pair were snapped by the internet search engine giant on Dukes Highway near Keith as they posed for the camera.Their antics have been viewed by thousands online after a snap of the encounter was posted on Reddit earlier this week .One user has claimed responsibility for staging the picture which has now been censored by Google. ‘That’s me and my missus,’ said ‘benxology’. ‘We saw the Google car on the way to Adelaide a couple of years ago. ‘I sped up, overtook the car then posed with a Corona in hand. I pinned the location in Maps to remember where it was to later check but never found it. Hilarious!’ Similar Street View nudity incidents have hit the headlines in recent years, including a German man inexplicably in the nude in the boot of a car and this (possibly) naked man reading on his porch. In March, a woman dressed in leopard-print leggings was caught performing a sex act on a man in a Manchester alleyway.
