ATLANTA - The wrong man was buried during a funeral in Georgia, where officials on Thursday sought a court order to exhume the grave after a mix-up by the state crime lab in Atlanta.Johnny Morgan Lowe was believed to have been buried in a Dec. 8 ceremony featuring a closed casket and a memorial photo, according to Coroner Susan Salemi in Burke County, Georgia. Instead, Salemi said she had to tell the family last week that they had buried a tranger.
"The family is absolutely devastated," said Salemi, who was asking a Georgia Superior Court to agree to exhume the grave site. "I have no idea how this happened, except that the crime lab called me and said that there was a mistake. “The state crime lab performed an autopsy on Lowe, who died after a fall.Buried in his place was Louie Caldwell of Clayton County, Georgia, the coroner said. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), which runs the lab, accepted responsibility for the error on Thursday and said it would pay to have Lowe properly buried. In an internal report dated Feb. 10 provided to Reuters by the GBI, the bureau said it still had the body of Lowe at its headquarters morgue and sought to explain the mix-up between body bags in its coolers.

Cambridge Chocolate It almost seems to be good to be true. A new type of low-calorie chocolate which claims to help you stay looking younger has been developed by scientists. Academics from Cambridge University are launching the world's first ever 'beauty chocolate' which contains high levels of two powerful anti-oxidants. And they say one 7.5g piece of the Estechoc a day will help reverse the skin's natural ageing process. The dark chocolate, which has taken years to refine, is 70% cocoa and contains as many cocoa flavanols as a 100g piece of regular chocolate and as much astaxanthin as 300g of wild salmon. Both chemicals are said to help improve circulation and blood supply to the skin, which is considered essential for healthy, young looking skin.
Trials have been conducted by its makers, Cambridge based firm Lycotec, with researchers saying volunteers aged between 50 and 60 who saw visible benefits after just three weeks. Meanwhile, the snack contains just 38 calories making it much less fattening that regular chocolate bars, meaning it can be eaten virtually guilt-free and it is also safe for consumption by diabetics. Whether it will provide as much satisfaction as a traditional chocolate bar remains to be seen. However, it is set to hit the market and could become a real-life version of the magic potion which promises eternal youth in the 1992 film Death Becomes He

build new homes in some of its blighted areas, Deputy Mayor Baye Adofo-Wilson said. It is also a way to turn untaxed city-owned land into revenue-producing properties, he added. “We want to redevelop the city based on families and feel that this is an important way to jump-start that process," Adofo-Wilson said. STOCKTON, Calif., Feb. 10 (UPI) -- KFC said a "brain" found by a California teenager in his meal was actually a gizzard or a kidney, but the company agreed to refund the teen's $4. Manuel Cobarubies, a Stockton High School student, said he frequented his local KFC until early February, when he discovered the unidentified chicken organ in his $4 meal. "[It looked] like a brain to me. I mean at that point, red flags were kind of raised," Cobarubies told KTXL-TV. "I ended up spitting it in the trash can because I get grossed out by that." Cobarubies tweeted a picture of the object and tagged KFC in the hopes of getting an explanation and a refund, but all he received was a brief apology.

The consultant said cooks would be trained to ensure they are preparing the chicken correctly, but Cobarubies said he is probably through with the restaurant. "I'm probably just going to have to start packing my own meals, making my own sandwiches," he said.

What's more, said May, Popadick's publicized arrest subjected him to widespread ridicule from members of the public -- even Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon got in on the act -- because of his unfortunately apt last name.

Woman, 19, Arrested For Filming X-Rated Webcam Performance Inside University Library

A former Oregon State University student is facing a public lewdness charge after she filmed an X-rated video in the school’s library, a clip that has circulated widely on campus. Kendra Sunderland, 19, was arrested Tuesday in connection with the video shot in the school’s sprawling Valley Library. Sunderland, seated at a table in the library, is seen exposing her breasts and vagina, while also licking and touching her in the 31-minute video (
The video was shot with Sunderland’s laptop and it appears she is exchanging typed messages with someone watching her exploits in real time. In fact, it seems that Sunderland’s performance was part of a webcam show. Other photos and videos found online depict the teenager--who uses an alias--engaged in similar lewd acts, all of which transpire in what appears to be her residence. At one point in the library video, Sunderland pulls down her jeans to reveal her panties, and then turns around and grabs her exposed buttocks. She is also seen exposing herself and masturbating. Sunderland has attended Oregon State, though she did not register for classes this term. It is unclear when Sunderland recorded the video, which shows her frequently looking around to make sure nobody notices that she is exposing herself. Sunderland did not respond to a message seeking comment that was sent to her Facebook page (which contains two photos of her wearing Oregon State t-shirts).If convicted of the misdemeanor lewdness count, Sunderland faces a maximum one-year prison term and a $6250 fine.
