An Oklahoma woman was arrested Friday for ordering food and drinks at a bar and then claiming her husband, Jesus Christ, would take care of the tab. Police allege Kristi Rhines ordered food and several beverages at El Chico in Lawton, Okla., but then said she couldn't pay for it, ABC affiliate KWSO reports. Then, she allegedly told the management her husband would come pay the tab. Police say she claimed to be married to Jesus Christ of Bible fame, but said she didn't have a marriage licence. Nevertheless, she reportedly ensured staff her hubby had access to U.S currency. She's since been booked into Lawton City jail on a fraud complaint.

Police in Maine arrested a woman after they pulled her over and saw she was dressed as Hello Kitty. Cops say she was also drunk and driving in the wrong lane. Cops pulled over Carrie Gipson, 37, when they spotted her car driving in the wrong lane on a road in Gorham, a town outside Portland. During the 2 AM traffic stop, police discovered that Gipson was dressed as the popular Japanese character, a white bobtail cat with a trademark red bow in her hair. A cockroach embarrassed a Chicago city official whose job includes pest control while he was making a presentation in council chambers Thursday. Needless to say, Fleet and Facilities Management Commissioner David Reynolds was embarrassed beyond belief. “I was mortified.…I had horrible luck on this one….The timing is ironic that, in the middle of my budget hearing, a cockroach decides to make itself known,” Reynolds told The Chicago-Sun Times.Ald. Brendan Reilly spotted the roach and then asked what the department’s budget was for pest control. He said he plans to call Rose Pest Control to vanquish council chambers of the creepy crawlies.

FOLESHILL, England, Oct. 28 (UPI) -- British police said officers noticed a man stealing the license plates from a parked van that was actually an unmarked police vehicle. West Midlands Police said officers working on Operation Trivium noticed a man unscrewing the license plates from an unmarked police van parked in Foleshill, England. The officers followed the man until he discarded the plates a short distance away. The 50-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of theft and going equipped to steal.

Operation Trivium is an international operation based in Birmingham, England, that targets foreign criminals using British roads. More than 800 people have been arrested since the operation began Oct. 20.

OCTOBER 20--A Texas biology teacher is facing a felony rap for allegedly having sex with a high school student who triggered a criminal probe after sharing with his friends an explicit Snapchat photo that was sent to him by the educator. Ashley Zehnder, 24, is named in a felony complaint accusing her of having an improper relationship with a 17-year-old student at Pasadena High School, where the science teacher also serves as assistant cheer coach. The victim is a member of the cheer squad. As detailed in a probable cause affidavit, Zehnder this month approached a school administrator to express “concerns about rumors of students texting around an inappropriate photo of herself.” Zehnder, the affidavit notes, reported that a student could have surreptitiously “gotten on her phone and sent the picture.”In short order, an assistant principal interviewed a male student who admitted having a naked photo of Zehnder (who is pictured at right). The teen added that he was provided the image by a classmate who spoke of having a sexual relationship with Zehnder. When interviewed by police, the second teen admitted that he began having sex with Zehnder last May. He gave cops a description of Zehnder’s Houston apartment and bedroom, as well as details of their sexual encounters. The teen also said that Zehnder sent him a “naked photo
