Toilet Paper Wedding Contest on a Roll
With 10 years running, you could say that a quirky competition known as the “Toilet Paper Wedding Contest” is truly on a roll. The annual nationwide contest, created by the website Cheap-Chic-Weddings and sponsored by Charmin, is exactly what it sounds like:
a battle of the best, most elaborate wedding gowns made entirely out of toilet paper. That’s a whole lot of white, plushy two-ply. Besides Charmin Toilet Paper, other materials designers are allowed to use include tape, glue, a needle and thread. That's it. Entries must also include a toilet paper headpiece. The contest began two weeks ago and participants have until May 13 to submit their masterpieces by sending photos of their design on a model or mannequin to the Cheap-Chic-Weddings website. From there, contest co-creator Susan Bain said the top 10 wedding dress entries will be chosen and online voting will open to the public. The contest will culminate on Jun. 12 at The Sanctuary Hotel on The Haven Rooftop in New York City where the top 10 designs will be showcased. There, a winner will be chosen and the victor, quite fittingly, will receive a nice stack of paper – a $10,000 grand prize. Second place will walk away with $5,000 and third place will receive a $2,500 prize for their toilet paper creation.

How a man travels with girlfriend's passport
A 50-year-old, bald, British man was able to board a plane to Spain using his blond girlfriend's passport. Neil Clulow told the Express and Star evening newspaper he accidentally grabbed the wrong passport when he left home to fly from Birmingham, England, to Alicante, Spain. He said he went through security and showed the passport before boarding the plane. Clulow says he also cleared passport control in Spain. "Me and my mates were joking about our bad passport pictures and they looked at mine and said, 'Neil, you're much better looking in this picture than in real life,'" Clulow told the paper. When he returned home, representatives from the airline met Clulow to find out what happened, but he wouldn't identify the employees who let him through.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 7 (UPI) -- A YouTube video of an epic April Fools’ Day prank on a macroeconomics professor at Aquinas College already has been watched more than three million times and it was only posted two days ago. The video, titled “BEST CLASSROOM APRIL FOOLS PRANK EVER,” starts with a message:
“Our professor has a policy that if your phone rings in class, you must answer it on speakerphone. We arranged to have a friend call on April Fools’ Day.” When the call goes through in the Grand Rapids professor’s classroom, a female student follows the rules and takes the call. A man on the phone then tells her he’s with a pregnancy crisis center… When the student finally reveals that the call was a joke -- by telling her teacher that the baby’s first name will be April and its middle name will be Fools’ -- the professor has a priceless reaction.

Why a Teen caught copulating in lobby?
NILES , Ill., April 7 (UPI) -- An Illinois couple who apparently didn’t have access to the backseat of car decided to get down to business in a fairly questionable area -- the lobby of a condo building. A resident of the Niles condo building walked in on the couple having sex on a chair in the lobby a little after 5:30 p.m. The 44-year-old woman yelled at the teenagers and told them to “stop what they were doing and leave.” The boy, who is believed to be between 16 and 18 years old, then got up from the chair and pushed the woman against the wall. “But we don’t have any place to have sex,” he reportedly told the woman, according to the Niles Herald-Spectator. The teens ran out of the building and Niles police officers were unable to find them. It’s possible that the condo board will now have a security camera installed in the lobby.
